For international shipments, additional charges will be applied based on the weight, volume, and destination of the product. Please note that shipping fees for international orders will be provided upon inquiry.

Upon confirmation of your order, please anticipate a delivery timeline of within 8-14 days for domestic shipments within India. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes. Rest assured, we strive to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner, with meticulous attention to quality and care throughout the shipping process.

Returns

Our garments are meticulously handcrafted to order, tailored specifically for you. By placing an order, you agree to our terms and conditions, including our no-return policy. While we do not offer exchanges or returns, we are happy to assist with alterations. For international orders requiring alterations, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs as we recommend at least one fitting to ensure the garment fits perfectly.

Taxes & Duties

The prices displayed for our products reflect the maximum retail price. For international shipments, we operate under a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) framework, wherein import duties are excluded from the displayed prices. As the recipient, you bear the responsibility for any incurred import duties, customs tariffs, and local sales taxes. Payment of these levies upon delivery is requisite to expedite the release of your order from customs clearance.
